Santa Ponsa is a town in the southwest of the Balearic island of Mallorca and belongs to the municipality of Calvià. The distance to the island capital Palma is about 20 kilometres. Separated from a moderately busy shore road, restaurants, cafés and souvenir shops stretch along the beach. Santa Ponsa has an international atmosphere with a very colourful community.
